Call center employees are happier at work than Bank tellers, says a new survey. More than three thousand workers from across section of industries and professions around the region, were asked to rate how much they enjoyed their jobs and their bosses.

The result: 67 percent of call centers were either happy despite of the shifting schedule or very happy because of big bonuses they received. They enjoyed doing outgoing calls, for telemarketing, collective handling, live chat or sending emails. They also like to place calls to potential customers mostly with intentions of selling or service to the individual.

But you cant avoid having these so called an irate callers, if a caller requires more assistance, the call is forwarded to the second tier, where most issues can be resolved. But there has been much controversy over such things in a call center environment. Well, above all working in a call center or any other working environment is fun and exciting as long as you love your job and you like to work with a nice boss.
